Kentucky held the primary of two lottery drawings for medical hashish dispensaries on Monday.

Drawings occurred on the Kentucky Lottery’s headquarters in Louisville for 9 of Kentucky’s 11 licensing areas, together with all of southern and jap Kentucky, with 36 Kentucky companies receiving licenses to promote hashish legally.

Every area will get 4 companies.

Sam Flynn of the Staff KY Medical Hashish program says the areas have been designed to reduce drive instances for these in search of medical hashish. He says apart from Fayette and Jefferson counties, there’ll solely be, at most, one dispensary per county.
